Using PoundDesk

You may use the website for personal, lawful deal research. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, harvest data at scale or reuse our branding and presentation in a misleading way.

Retailers and purchases

PoundDesk is an information and comparison service, not the seller of listed products. Any purchase is made directly with the relevant retailer and is governed by that retailer’s terms, returns policy and privacy notice.

Prices and availability

We aim to present information clearly, but prices, stock, eligibility, locations and expiry dates may change. Check the retailer’s page and checkout before buying. Nothing on PoundDesk is financial, nutritional, medical or other professional advice.

Intellectual property

The PoundDesk name, design, original text, software and ranking presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Retailer and product names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

Availability and liability

The website may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, PoundDesk is not responsible for retailer actions, third-party sites or losses caused by relying on inaccurate or outdated deal information.
